Posted: September 19, 2022: It is my great pleasure to inform you that the 5th Evaluation Conclave of Community of Evaluators - South Asia (CoE-SA) "Evaluation Conclave 2022 – Equity and Transformation: Evaluation in Challenging Times" is going to be held from 12-14 October 2022. The Evaluation Conclave will be hosted as a hybrid event in five countries: India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan, and Sri Lanka. The Evaluation Conclave 2022 will focus largely to demonstrate the importance of evaluations in development, equity, and transformation and more so in times of crisis. The Conclave 2022 is planned to cover several themes/strands with a focus on crises-time evaluations and innovations and challenges:

a) Evaluations in the time of crises
b) Evaluation for transformative change
c) Fostering governance, accountability, credibility, and transparency
d) Evaluation of public policies
e) Gender, equity, and inclusivity

In this regard, in collaboration with CoE-SA, the Community of Evaluators – Nepal (CoE-Nepal) will be hosting a Physical Event in Nepal on Thursday, 13 October 2022 (27 Ashoj 2079 B.S.) at Hotel Hyatt Place, Soalteemode, Kathmandu. The Inauguration Program (Keynote Speeches) and Plenary Sessions of the Evaluation Conclave 2022 will be organized as a hybrid method and be available for all participants participating physically (country level) and online (globally), whereas, the Skill Development Workshops will only be available in country level for physical participants.

A limited number of Bursaries will be available for:
General bursaries for practicing evaluators
Bursaries specifically targeting Young and Emerging Evaluators (YEEs)
Bursaries' Application Forms (attached herewith) can be directly sent to CoE-SA, as they will be reviewed and approved by CoE-SA.
