Budget Speech - Financial Year 2023/2024

Budget 2023
THEME: Full Monetisation of Uganda’s Economy through Commercial Agriculture, Industrialisation, Expanding and Broadening Services, Digital Transformation and Market Access. The Ministry of Finance, Planning, and Economic Development, Uganda Revenue Authority and National Planning Authority organised special interactions with stakeholders across the country starting from 15th June 2023 at selected media houses. Public meetings will be held as well between the 16th of June and the week starting 18th June. A copy of the Background To The Budget (BTTB) FY 2023/24 is now available from the links below;
