Dr Almas Mazigo is a scholar based at the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) in Tanzania. He is trained in Philosophy, Applied Ethics, Development Studies, and Development Evaluation. He is the pioneer and coordinator of the Master of Arts in Development Evaluation (MADE) Program offered at UDSM. He led the TanEA team in the search for evaluation insights in Swahili proverbs and the construction of the Swahili Evaluation Approach.
Overall, this webinar will present a unique opportunity for evaluators, researchers, and professionals in the field to expand their knowledge and explore new avenues for evaluation methodologies through the lens of Swahili proverbs.
