Josephine Watera is a Social Worker by profession the Head of Monitoring and Evaluation Division in the Parliament of Uganda. She is a Board Member, (Sub-Saharan Africa representative), International Development Evaluation Association (IDEAS), Advisory Committee Member, Africa Center for Evidence (ACE) based at the University of Johannesburg and the General Secretary of Uganda Evaluation Association (UEA). She has offered Mentorship under the EvalYouth International Mentorship Program by EvalPartners. Josephine is on a task force currently reviewing the African Evaluation Guidelines spearheaded by Africa Evaluation Association (AfrEA).
